Leithfield Honey: This honey was harvested from our hive at Leithfield Area School. Our bees foraged on a wide variety of flowers in the area, including; clover, gorse, broom and willow.
No added sugar, colours or preservatives.
Our honey is raw and natural so some crystallisation may occur. Just heat it up gently and it will become runny again.
Canterbury-Wide Honey: Our Canterbury-wide honey has been sourced from all of our hives in the Canterbury region.
